I am the 2nd Vice President of the APOA and the Immediate past Secretary General of the APOA.
I am a trauma surgeon with keen interest in lower limb and pelvi acetabular trauma.

My Orthopaedic and Surgical treatments include limb and joint arthroplasty and reconstruction, of the Knee, Shoulder, Hip and Ankle/ Foot, focusing on repair, reconstruction, preservation of cartilage and joint function, and effective validated surgical treatments for arthritis, sports injuries, trauma, non unions, and congenital defects. I am an active member of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA), the Royal Australian College of Surgeons ( RACS), and the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine( ISAKOS).
I am the current Victorian Chair of the Australian Orthopaedic Association,(AOA),
a Director on the Federal board of the AOA,
the current Chair of the Medical Advisory council for John Fawkner Private Hospital, and I sit on the Victorian and Tasmanian Regional  training Board of the AOA, as Vic AOA chair and immediate past Director of Orthopaedic Training St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne .
I receive payment for teaching Robotic Surgery techniques from Stryker P/L, and have received payment from Smith and Nephew international for lectures and training in the UK in reconstruction surgery .
 

I'm starting training this year after 4 non training years in orthopaedics.

With 20 years’ experience within the orthopaedic device industry leading 2 major Orthopaedic companies being Biomet and now Zimmer Biomet, I have been successfully involved and exposed to government price negotiations on various formats since 2001. Recently holding the position as the Chair of the Orthopaedic Sub Committee Forum with the MTA, and now a current member of the MTAA Executive Board of Directors. I'm passionate about the orthopaedic industry and driving positive outcomes for patients by improving their ability to thrive with the modern advancement of technology.

I am a final year Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Notre Dame, Sydney, currently studying in Melbourne. My clinical interest in orthopaedic surgery and my personal interests stem from my passions for improving health outcomes, education, and gender equity.

protocols specifically those related to neurosurgical neoplastic conditions. His clinical interests lie in
cerebrovascular neurosurgery and neurosurgical oncology. He is a medical student member of the
American College of Physician, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the North Atlantic Spine
Society, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the Society for Neuro-Oncology among other
professional bodies. He has a special focus on assessing the methodological quality of studies especially
those of systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
